Job description

Why Join CINQCARE?

CINQCARE is a provider-led, community-based health and care partner dedicated to improving the health and well‑being of those who need care the most, with a deep commitment to high‑needs, urban and rural communities. Our local physicians, nurses, and caregivers work together to serve people and the communities they live in, beyond just treating symptoms. We remove barriers by delivering personalized care as close to home as possible, often in‑home, because we know a deep understanding of our patient’s race, culture, and environment is critical to delivering improved health outcomes. By empowering patients, providers, and caregivers with the support they need, we strive to make health and care a reality—not a burden—every single day. Join us in creating a better way to care.

Position Overview

The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Analytics is a senior executive leader responsible for building and directing CINQCARE’s enterprise‑wide analytics function – the organization’s single, trusted source of truth on performance and an important partner in establishing opportunities for improvement and success. The role ensures that clinical, operational, and healthcare economics data are transformed into actionable insight that drives better health outcomes for the communities CINQCARE serves and sustainable performance for the business.

The SVP partners closely with clinical, operations, engagement, finance, and technology leadership to embed data‑driven decision‑making into the daily operating rhythm of the business – not only in periodic executive reporting, but at the point of care and in market and contract decisions.

This is a high‑impact leadership role at the intersection of healthcare delivery, technology, and business strategy. Success in this role is measured less by the volume of reporting produced than by the quality of decisions it changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the enterprise analytics strategy, aligning data, reporting, and predictive modeling capabilities across CINQCARE's day‑to‑day operating priorities spanning clinical, operational, engagement and health care economics functions.
  • Serve as the accountable owner of enterprise metric definitions, establishing one certified version of performance truth across all domains.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of data scientists, business intelligence analysts, and analytics engineers to deliver actionable insight across the organization.

  • Partner with clinical, operations, engagement finance, and technology leaders to translate business questions into data‑driven solutions, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with technology leadership to define clear boundaries and shared accountabilities between enterprise analytics and core data platform, integration, and engineering ownership.
  • Oversee the development of predictive and prescriptive models to support population health management, care utilization, quality outcomes, and cost of care.
  • Establish enterprise data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
  • Publish and maintain a multi‑year analytics roadmap sequencing foundational data work, core reporting, and advanced predictive capability — each item tied to a stated business outcome and delivery date.
  • Prepare analytics findings, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Deliver analytics supporting population health management, risk stratification, care gap closure, utilization management, and clinical quality performance — including HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, and payer‑ and program‑specific quality measures.
  • Oversee development of predictive and prescriptive models for rising‑risk identification, avoidable admission and readmission risk, emergency department utilization, and post‑acute placement and length of stay.
  • Support operational efficiency by developing forecasting models for staffing demand, market expansion, and site‑and‑market‑level operating performance including productivity, empanelment and caseload management.
  • Deliver outreach optimization analytics that integrate with business and contract outcomes, including channel and message effectiveness, propensity‑to‑engage modeling, next‑best‑action targeting, and prioritized strategies for hard‑to‑reach populations and demonstrate impact on downstream outcomes.
  • Lead healthcare economics analytics, including total cost of care, PMPM trend, medical loss ratio, utilization per thousand, and unit cost drivers by market, line of business, and contract.
  • Support value‑based care contract performance: shared savings and shared risk reconciliation, benchmark and trend analysis, attribution validation, high‑cost claimant and stop‑loss monitoring, and analytic inputs to IBNR and reserving.
  • Evaluate and implement analytics platforms, tools, and technologies that improve the scalability, accuracy, and speed of enterprise reporting.
  • Drive a culture of data‑informed decision‑making throughout the organization through training, communication, and change management.
