Qualifications

• ~10 years of fundraising experience required.
• Commitment to educational equity required.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience communicating across nonprofit organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 5, including development and communications staff.
• Design and implement a robust private fundraising strategy (currently $6M annually) and manage public contracts and awards.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft messaging, media strategy, and integrated communications plans.
• Nurture relationships with funders—corporations, foundations, and individuals—and expand donor pipelines.
• Contribute to budget development, data reporting, and evaluation of fundraising operations.
