Asset Living is seeking a Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing to lead the next generation of our corporate marketing function. You will shape strategy, protect the national brand, and partner with sales to fuel growth across diverse property sectors.

The role requires deep B2B marketing expertise, executive leadership, and a track record of transforming marketing performance in large organizations. This position involves travel and reports to the Corporate Marketing leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in sophisticated corporate marketing organizations.
• Experience as Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, SVP Marketing, or equivalent senior leader.
• Experience operating in a large-scale organization with seasoned professionals.
• Experience transforming a corporate marketing function.
• Proven track record in high-growth environments.
• Strong B2B marketing experience across multiple customer journeys.
• Experience marketing a service-based business with multiple audiences.
• Ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior sales/business development leaders.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and investments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in brand awareness and market positioning.
• Experience building comprehensive communications, PR, digital, content, events, analytics programs.
• Experience building high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Modern digital sophistication including SEO, Generative AI, LLM visibility, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Industry experience in property management or adjacent sectors is preferred but not required.
• Experience in large-scale property management organizations is attractive.
• Direct property management experience can accelerate learning.
