Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required, 10+ years in paid media/digital strategy
• Senior living, healthcare, real estate, or agency experience preferred
• Experience in a lead generation environment with data-driven decision making
• Minimum eight years in analysis and reporting; ability to translate data into insights

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee national marketing strategy and occupancy-focused initiatives
• Monitor lead generation performance and optimize campaigns for ROI
