We’re looking for a Senior Vice President, Content Performance & Growth to help shape how we grow audiences and maximize the value of our content across brands, platforms, and markets.
This role will serve as a strategic connector across Editorial, Product, Consumer Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, and other key functions, championing audience priorities and ensuring alignment with our global and US strategy and KPIs.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on leader—someone who can see the big picture, bring people together around common goals, and turn data and insights into action.
A deep passion for and understanding of our audiences and core editorial categories is essential, as is the ability to operate effectively at the intersection of editorial, audience development, product, project management, consumer marketing, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be both a strategic leader and an expert practitioner-combining analytical rigor with strong creative, editorial and commercial instincts, and translating audience insight into actionable strategies that drive growth, deepen engagement and strengthen the long‑term impact of the organization.
This role will also oversee a global team tasked with unified content planning, cross‑market content sharing and adaptation, audience and analytics enablement, operational best practices, and the integration of emerging technology and AI into content workflows to maximize brand growth and monetization.
This role is based in New York and reports to the Chief Content Operations Officer.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $300,000 - $325,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
