Job summary

J T in Avon, MA is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead capital formation, structured finance, and investment underwriting, reporting to CFO. You will architect financing strategies to fund the company’s growth, oversee end-to-end processes with lenders, investors and rating agencies, and build relationships with capital providers.

The role demands 15+ years of finance leadership, deep renewable energy experience, and a proven ability to raise capital across project and corporate structures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, project finance or renewable energy finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• Track record of raising and structuring capital for energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital formation and strategy with CFO, CEO and exec team.
• Evaluate and execute financing options across debt, tax equity and equity.
• Oversee underwriting, modelling and investment analysis for portfolio assets.
• Lead IC materials and cross-functional collaboration.
