Job summary

Toptal seeks a do-it-all SVP, Product to shape the future of its products and platforms. You will define the AI vision, own the roadmap, and drive execution in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Marketing.

You’ll set the hiring bar for the product org and lead by example in a fast-paced, fully remote culture. You will work directly with AI researchers, translate research into practical roadmaps, and ensure your team delivers high-impact products at scale.
