Job summary

Alto is hiring San Francisco drivers as W-2 employees. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips, earning an hourly wage with tips and benefits. An added $1,000 bonus is available after 25 shifts, with options for weekly direct deposit or On-Demand Pay.

We cover vehicle costs and provide healthcare, while maintaining a flexible schedule and ongoing safety features. Must meet driver eligibility and pass checks to join Alto’s growing US network.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on the Uber app with no suspensions.
• Age 25 or older and valid California driver's license.
• CA license with at least 1 year driving experience in the US.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn an hourly wage plus tips and employee benefits.
• Maintain safety standards using company tools and support.
• Receive weekly pay with direct deposit or On-Demand Pay.
