Job summary

Alto is hiring San Francisco drivers as W-2 employees. You’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app, with guaranteed hourly wage, tips, and employee benefits.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with raises in about a month, weekly performance bonuses, and 100% of tips. Eligible drivers can earn a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. Weekly pay via direct deposit or On-Demand Pay is available, plus basic healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.
