Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco to operate a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips as a W-2 employee. You’ll earn hourly wages plus tips, with benefits and a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts.

Alto covers vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance, and insurance, reducing out-of-pocket expenses while you focus on delivering great rides. Flexibility is emphasized with a customizable schedule, weekly pay options, and healthcare coverage including dental and vision.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.
