RTX invites applications for a hybrid Patriot Product Line Finance role, combining onsite and remote work with a commutable distance to Andover, MA. The successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis, support baseline and EAC development, and collaborate with IPT, OSC, and program office leadership across domestic and international defense programs.

Ideal candidates have SAP/APEX and EVMS experience, a finance background, and U.S. citizenship to access government systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience.
• Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools.
• Experience with EVMS.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

• Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE).

• Financial responsibility for IPT, ESPB & NRE efforts across the portfolio.
• Various ad hoc exercises.

This is great opportunity to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis, support baseline and EAC (Estimate at Complete) development and reviews, and work closely with IPT, OSC, and program office counterparts and leadership. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced, growing business, and have an opportunity to support multiple domestic and international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle.

This role is being offered as hybrid (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Allowable locations are: Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX or FL. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

• Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
• Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
• Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
• Experience with EVMS
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

• EVMS certification
• Independent, motivated, and able to collaborate across the organization with the ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment
• Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
• Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines with excellent communication & organizational skills with strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality “Standard Structure”

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
