  • Coordinate and drive Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), including scope definition, checklist completion, due diligence, and release sequencing.
  • Resolve complex design and integration issues in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams.
  • Provide day-to-day technical direction to onsite and offshore designers, including work assignments, review, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, drafting practices, Design Services procedures, and product development process requirements.
  • Lead and participate in design reviews and cross-functional technical discussions.
  • Track design progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and standard work adherence.
  • Assemble documentation packages and produce drawing sets which are checked by an engineer.

  • Assist users with Windchill workflows, release processes, lifecycle management, and access-related issues.
  • Support Windchill object management, data quality activities, and configuration maintenance.
  • Support implementation and documentation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) procedures, workflows, and best practices.
  • Partner with Engineering, IT, and system administration resources to maintain effective PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) operations.
  • Serve as a technical mentor for Creo and Windchill users by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, best practices, and user development.
  • Provide technical and task leadership to onsite and offshore designers without direct administrative people-management responsibility.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Accountable for design quality, delivery, and execution for assigned sustaining engineering and NPD initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of product design experience in an engineering environment.
  • 3+ years working knowledge of Windchill, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) workflows, engineering release processes, and lifecycle management.
