Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Services and Support professional in Indiana to influence daily operations and drive meaningful improvements. You will support engineers, plan experiments, and analyze workflows, delivering actionable recommendations for test setups and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year in an engineering services environment, with preferred PCB layout and SAP/Windchill PLM experience.

• Hands-on PCB layout experience preferred.

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Engineering Services and Support professional who works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on operational results within work area. Plans experiments and gathers and compiles technical data in support of engineering disciplines. Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks. Responsible for making moderate improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of work area.

• Leads in the analysis of malfunctions for test setups and equipment, and develops recommendations for solutions.
• Responsible for the development of materials test and analysis.
• Works with engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.
• Works with engineers to design procedures for testing systems and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering disciple
• 1+ year of experience in an engineering services role

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or a related field
• Additional years of relevant engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with PCB layout design
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Working knowledge of SAP and Windchill PLM

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
