Job summary

CelLink Corporation seeks a Manager of Sustaining Equipment and Controls Engineering to elevate reliability and maintenance of production equipment. Lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and throughput.

You will partner with maintenance, process engineering, automation, and operations to resolve issues, implement standardized practices, and manage lifecycle improvements for high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in manufacturing engineering, sustaining engineering, equipment maintenance, or related ops.
3+ years leading engineers, technicians, or maintenance teams.
Experience with automated or highly technical manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead sustaining engineering for released production equipment, processes, and systems.
Drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
Identify improvements to increase throughput, reliability, and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor trends to identify risks before downtime or quality issues.
Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
