Job summary

CelLink seeks an Automation & Controls Manager to lead a hands-on team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing automation and controls. You will drive strategy, standardization, and continuous improvement across tools and lines.

You will coach engineers, collaborate with manufacturing, software, and quality teams, and stay involved with equipment commissioning, testing, and deployments to enable high‑performing operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Automation & Controls Engineering or similar.
• 2+ years leading, mentoring, or managing engineers or technical teams in manufacturing or industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of automation and controls engineers for design, implementation, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing automation systems.
• Remain hands-on in automation and controls engineering work, including troubleshooting, programming, commissioning, and performance improvement of complex processes.
• Own automation and controls strategy for new equipment introductions, upgrades, and factory expansion.
• Provide technical leadership for conveyor systems, pick-and-place, motion control, machine vision, and sensor-based automation.
