Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering or technical teams.
• Experience in sustaining engineering or product lifecycle management.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical or dental devices preferred).
• Strong understanding of PLM and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Engineering function to support existing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for OEM products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Ensure timely evaluation and implementation of engineering changes (ECR/ECO).
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for field issues and quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
