ITW Medical seeks a Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead product lifecycle management, engineering change control, and continuous improvement across the Medical Division. You will drive innovation, cost reductions, and customer collaboration while guiding a team of engineers.

Success requires building talent, managing projects, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. This role offers ownership and a path to impact patient care globally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing; medical device experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic part design, manufacturing, and injection molding preferred.
• Experience with engineering analysis tools such as CFD, FEA, and 3D modeling.
• SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
