Qualifications

• Experience in root cause analysis of complex software-mechatronic systems.
• Self-directed, systems-thinking engineer to improve sustaining processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with controls focus; 2–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve fleet issues with clear communication and follow-up.
• Diagnose root causes of mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
• Improve automated system behavior by addressing gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support.
• Debug and test control algorithms to improve performance.
• Analyze C++ code to understand system behavior.
• Implement fixes in C++ and test in simulations and lab.
• Tune control gains and calibrate systems with documentation.
• Support reliability and manufacturing testing.
