Reworld is hiring a Utility Operator in Bristol, CT to perform a variety of safe, paced industrial tasks supporting our waste-to-energy processes. You will ensure proper equipment charging, manage refuse fuels, and operate loaders and related machinery on a rotating shift.

Responsibilities include inspecting loads, directing delivery trucks, and monitoring floor activity to ensure safe, efficient processing. Join a team focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform duties safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure equipment is charged for effective operation and maintain refuse fuel levels in boiler hoppers and equipment.
• Mix and level refuse in the industrial pit.
• Load ash using various industrial equipment.
• Supervise and observe delivery trucks hauling materials to tipping floor.
• Safely operate front end loaders to manage refuse and materials.
• Inspect delivered refuse, waste, and materials to determine disposal process.
• Monitor inbound/outbound traffic for delivery trucks.
