Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
- Experience in quality control in recycling or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong reading and interpretation of technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Inspect scrap bales to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform resin checks and spot-check process controls.
- Evaluate purchased materials against supplier specs.
- Document results and maintain QC records.
- Collaborate with production and procurement to fix issues.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with QMS.
