Johnson Matthey in West Whiteland, PA is hiring a Production Planner I to coordinate schedules, process orders, and optimize inventory for multiple product lines. You will partner with Sales, Production and Customer Service to align priorities and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes accurate data management, use of ERP/MRP tools, and strong planning and communication skills. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of manufacturing/production planning experience.
• Experience using inventory control, MRP or ERP systems.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
• Effective communication across multiple teams.
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product lines and coordinate production schedules to meet demand.
• Process customer sales orders through to completion, including starting stock planning.
• Monitor on-time-in-full delivery and inventory targets for areas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production and Customer Service to set daily priorities.
• Maintain accurate planning, inventory and work order data in systems.
• Analyse production and inventory performance to support decisions.
