McKinsey & Company in the United States seeks a Senior Procurement Analytics partner to translate supplier data into actionable insights that strengthen responsible sourcing, human rights due diligence, supplier engagement, and regulatory reporting.

You will work with Procurement, Data Insights, Environmental Sustainability, and Compliance to operationalize the Sustainable Procurement Strategy, integrating it into supplier onboarding and ongoing management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Sustainability or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement analytics, supplier sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG reporting, supply chain risk, or human rights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting large, complex datasets and translating findings into clear business insights.
• Preferred familiarity with supply chain and sustainability platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Aravo, EcoVadis, IntegrityNext, Sedex, or similar.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power BI Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Digital literacy and innovation mindset, with some proficiency in either Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently while being mindful of the big picture.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated passion for human rights, social issues, responsible sourcing, and supplier sustainability.
• Ability to engage audience and create clear, logical, and structured communications across all formats, with fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Translate supplier data into actionable insights to strengthen responsible sourcing and due diligence.
• Advance the organization's human rights and responsible sourcing strategy.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to track sustainability KPIs.
• Collaborate with procurement category teams and suppliers to integrate sustainability into sourcing decisions.
• Support leadership with training materials, supplier due diligence, and communications.
• Explore AI-driven analytics, reporting automation, and digital procurement tools to enhance monitoring.
