Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
You will serve as the primary business partner for supplier social responsibility insights within McKinsey's procurement and third-party engagement function.

Collaboration with procurement category teams and suppliers will be central to integrating sustainability and inclusive procurement into sourcing decisions. You will engage with category leads to address supplier risks, monitor progress, and provide guidance on responsible sourcing requirements. Responsibilities also include preparing leadership and training materials, coordinating supplier due diligence and communications, monitoring engagement and data quality, and supporting supplier education and improvement initiatives.
In partnership with Business Insights, you will help develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to track sustainability KPIs and inform procurement decisions. Leveraging supplier ratings, predictive analytics, and data visualization, the role will identify emerging risks and opportunities to improve supplier performance. You will also support the adoption of AI-powered analytics, reporting automation, and digital procurement technologies to strengthen supplier risk monitoring and sustainability reporting.
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
