Job summary

Huhtamaki seeks a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes at our Batavia, OH facility. The role focuses on cost effectiveness and product performance through daily production interaction, projects, and data analysis.

You will support continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma principles, collaborate with operators, maintenance, quality, R&D, and suppliers, and guide new product launches from start-up through production transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Geographically mobile.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes manufacturing processes to deliver cost improvements and better product performance.
• Leads cross-functional teams to complete projects on time.
