Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with CMMS, SPC, and machine design helpful.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and ergonomic improvement projects.
• Develop and manage process improvement portfolio.
• Apply analytical methods to identify and execute projects.
• Create documentation, sketches and instructions.
• Lead production process parameter establishment and SOPs.
• Train operators and maintenance staff.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Support capital projects and new product startups.
