Lawrence Perry And Associates, Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer to join our San Jose studio.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-performance, sustainable projects such as Agnews Campus and Santa Clara Square, contributing from schematic design through construction documentation. The role emphasizes integrated design, technical excellence, and opportunities for growth, including mentorship, licensure incentives, and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required.
• 2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
• Assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.
• Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects.
• Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.
