Job summary

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead interior documentation from concept to construction, ensuring quality and consistency across all phases. Ideal candidates hold a 5+ year track record in interior architecture, actively pursuing CID certification with LEED accreditation, and proficient in Revit; Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture.
• CID certification and LEED accreditation preferred or actively pursued.
• Proficiency in Revit; Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers as part of the integrated design process.
• Own projects from concept through completion across design phases.
• Coordinate interior documentation with Project Managers and Designers.
• Prepare and manage design development and construction documentation.
• Lead and mentor junior designers with quality control.
• Review and coordinate construction administration documents during construction.
• Research materials and methods to support design solutions.
