Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainable Design or related field.
• Professional engineering licensure preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of experience.
• Modeling credentials such as BEMP/BESA preferred.
• Familiarity with key energy-modeling tools listed above.
• Experience with LEED submissions and regulatory energy modeling.
• Strong knowledge of high-performance building standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares whole-building dynamic energy models for diverse building types.
• Performs detailed analysis to minimize energy consumption and emissions.
• Conducts comfort, LCCA, LCA studies and informs design decisions.
• Supports ESG initiatives and enterprise energy modeling.
• Produces technical reports and presents findings to teams.
