Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Active architecture license in California.
• 10+ years of experience in all phases of architecture projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead design ideation with clients and project teams from concept through schematic design.
• Engage all disciplines and stakeholders early for an integrated design process.
• Guide and facilitate presentations of design concepts for client review and approval.
• Preside over project-specific design meetings and activities.
• Collaborate in firmwide design charrettes to elevate design quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions.
• Mentor and inspire design teams while upholding LPA design standards.
