Job summary

LPA is seeking an Architecture Designer to join our Civic + Cultural team, collaborating with multidisciplinary studios across California and Texas to deliver high-performance, community-focused designs.

You have 2+ years of experience and a degree in Architecture, with proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite. We offer mentorship, licensure support, and a culture that values input from all disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in all phases of architecture projects.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
• Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects.
• Review and process construction administration documents.
• Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.
