Lawrence Perry And Associates, Inc. (LPA) seeks a passionate Structural Project Engineer to join our high-performing, multidisciplinary design team in California.

You'll influence projects at every design stage and benefit from growth opportunities, site tours, software training, and LPA+U courses focused on innovative, sustainable design practices. We value voice, collaboration, and mentorship, with opportunities to lead structural design, prepare documentation, and oversee construction

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
5+ years of experience in all phases of building design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proficiency in RAM, RISA, and ETABS.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the project design process with architects and managers.
Prepare schematic through construction documents.
Conduct quality control on products and methods.
Lead the construction administration process.
