LPA, Inc. is seeking an Architecture Designer to join its Civic + Cultural team in California and Texas. You will collaborate across disciplines to develop high-performance, community-first designs and produce documentation for all design phases.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, technical excellence, and ongoing growth with opportunities for licensure incentives and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in all phases of architecture projects.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
• Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of assignments.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects.
• Review and process construction administration documents.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
• Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments.

Required

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in all phases of architecture projects.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to building a long-term professional career.

Preferred

• Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
