Job summary

Coca-Cola is seeking a Director, Sustainability Tech Lead to bridge sustainability, business, and technology. You will define the sustainability technology roadmap, govern architecture and data standards, and ensure systems align with Azure and regulatory reporting needs.

You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and supply chain transparency, working with SAP SFM, Enablon, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud services and data platforms.
• IT architecture experience with oversight or DevOps modeling.
• Develop, test, and deploy application functionalities per project specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sustainability technology roadmap and data architecture.
• Define technical architectures and data integration patterns for ESG reporting and carbon accounting.
• Provide architectural guidance to IT engagements supporting sustainability teams.
• Lead proofs of concept and vendor evaluations to advance enterprise capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into sustainable technology solutions.
• Oversight of architecture and ensure integration with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
