Job summary

The Sustainability Analyst at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. will engage with direct suppliers in North America on Honda’s sustainability initiatives, including education, reduction of environmental footprint, and human rights due diligence.

You will develop SA (Situation Analysis) through understanding Honda’s Global and North American supply base, manufacturing process, and critical sustainability elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, supply chain, or business.
• 0–3 years of sustainability, purchasing, and sales experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate suppliers’ sustainability data with accuracy; build supplier relationships and monitor trends.
• Establish and achieve supplier sustainability targets; manage CO2 data via third-party platform.
• Ensure budget tracking and timely payments to third-party vendors.
