CheckSammy is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with a focus on sustainability projects. This person will have expertise in cold calling, prospecting, client meetings and managing national accounts. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic cold-calling efforts.
  • Develop a pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough research to tailor pitches and presentations to client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue potential and strengthen partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Present and promote CheckSammy’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
  • Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

Experience:

  • Proven success in a sales role with at least 3 years of experience in cold calling and managing national accounts.
  • Experience in waste or sustainability industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with online research tools to identify and engage potential clients.
