Job summary

Greenplaces is seeking a seasoned sustainability reporting consultant to own the delivery of disclosure programs (CDP, EcoVadis, SBTi, CSRD) for 25+ corporate clients. You will translate framework requirements into actionable project plans, run gap assessments, and draft responses with evidence-backed timelines.

You will advise cross-functional stakeholders and create repeatable templates to ensure consistent delivery.

Qualifications

Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, EcoVadis or SBTi.
Project management across multiple clients and hard external deadlines.
Clear client communication and handling difficult conversations.
Understanding of CSRD, ISSB and California SB 253/261 disclosure expectations.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of CDP, EcoVadis, SBTi, TCFD-aligned and CSRD disclosures across 25+ corporate clients.
Translate framework requirements into project plans with owners, evidence lists and dates.
Run gap assessments and build a path from current score to target score.
Draft, review and submit responses on time through the reporting portals.
Serve as primary advisor to client sustainability, legal, procurement, HR and executive stakeholders.
Debrief results and turn scores into prioritized improvement plans.
Build templates, checklists and workflows that make delivery consistent.
Join discovery and scoping calls with prospects as the subject-matter expert.
