Job summary

Schaefer Plastics North America, LLC is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to manage reclaim and warranty processes while supporting customers and internal teams. The role blends logistics, data tracking, and clear communication to ensure accurate, efficient reclaim activities.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Freight, and Shipping & Receiving under the Director of Sustainability to advance environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, logistics coordination, recycling, or a similar field.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, filters, data validation.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail, especially with data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for customers submitting reclaim and warranty requests, ensuring timely, accurate communication.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of reclaim and warranty requests from intake to resolution.
• Schedule and manage pick-ups and deliveries for large-scale reclaim projects; track POD and logistics.
• Collaborate with Freight, Sales, Customer Service, and Shipping & Receiving to streamline reclaim workflows.
