Job summary

P B Hoidale Co Inc is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead and coordinate environmental initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies.

You will drive environmental improvement projects, develop management systems, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders, helping the company minimize environmental impact and achieve sustainable business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Management or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least five years of project management experience with environmental projects.
• Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to coordinate a team.
• Experience writing technical reports and giving presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental improvement projects aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems to monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; oversee permits.
• Coordinate team members; enforce environmental safety standards; provide training.
• Provide expert advice on environmental management to ensure sustainable operations.
• Prepare and present reports on environmental impact with recommendations.
