Job summary

Cox Enterprises is hiring a Water, Nature & Energy Intern to join our team. The Water, Nature & Energy Intern will work closely with Cox Conserves team members and others across the organization to support enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives.

The intern will assist with executing Cox’s multifaceted sustainability strategy, including working with internal and external partners to develop and implement projects that reduce the overall environmental impact of our operations, facilitating

Responsibilities

• Operational & Strategic Support: Work closely with Cox Conserves and other cross-functional groups to support enterprise-wide conservation efforts and strategic programmatic development across carbon, water, waste and biodiversity
• Data Collection & Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of sustainability data for Cox locations across our multiple divisions
• Secondary Research: Conduct secondary research and summarize findings on how rapidly growing organizations effectively integrate new growth businesses into corporate sustainability strategy
• Other Duties: The intern may have other duties as assigned
