Job summary

Bright Power is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our Sustainability Services team in New York. The role involves guiding design and construction of multifamily and mixed-use buildings, with emphasis on energy and water efficiency, certifications, and performance modeling.

You will coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet performance goals, handle inspections, and stay current with ASHRAE, energy codes, and various certification

Qualifications

Experience managing multifamily residential or mixed-use building projects.
Experience with green building certifications (Energy Star, LEED, Passive House).
Ability to perform energy modeling and analyze results.
Experience with construction inspections and management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage large multifamily projects pursuing green building certification.
Advise on decarbonization and sustainability across design and construction elements.
Recommend energy efficiency and resiliency strategies with calculations and simulations.
Track multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet goals.
Perform design reviews and communicate feedback to design teams.
Ensure compliance with building certifications (Energy Star, LECG, LEED, Passive House).
Perform energy modeling and construction inspections to verify quality.
