Job summary

i-80 Gold Corp. is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to support development and continuous improvement of the company’s ESG programs across corporate and site operations in Nevada.

You will coordinate reporting processes, data collection, and performance metrics with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and eager to learn, able to work independently or with others, and willing to travel between company sites to advance sustainability initiatives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sustainability or environmental experience (mining sector preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Effective report writing and data management skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual Sustainability Report process and content development.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and document ESG data across functions and sites.
• Draft and coordinate disclosures aligned with GRI, SASB/ISSB and other frameworks.
• Coordinate responses to ESG assessments and ratings (S&P Global, Bloomberg, ISS, MSCI).
• Support sustainability communications and disclosure materials with Corporate Communications.
• Maintain sustainability data systems and supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress against objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, management, and reporting processes.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to communicate performance to stakeholders.
