Job Description
Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Sustainability Program Manager within the New York Real Estate Program Management service line. This Associate Director level role will lead the delivery of construction program and portfolio management services across a blend of capital projects, and strategic investment programs for large, sophisticated clients.
In addition to core program leadership, the ideal candidate will bring experience supporting sustainability or Net Zero–aligned initiatives — such as energy programs, decarbonization roadmaps, carbon‑impact analysis, or sustainability‑focused investment prioritization. While not a dedicated sustainability SME role, familiarity with NZ concepts will help the candidate guide clients through increasingly important investment decisions.
This role will lead a small team, act as a senior advisor to clients, and support a variety of programs across the NY region depending on business need.
