Job description

Turner & Townsend is a global consulting firm operating from 133 offices in 49 countries, delivering transformational programmes across the real‑estate, infrastructure and natural‑resources sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work directly with a key technology client to achieve the organisation’s financial and strategic goals across its programme of works.

Responsibilities
  • Advanced knowledge in project and programme management best practices and applications.
  • Provide capital project advice and leading practice guidance to assist with specific stage‑gate improvements.
  • Manage stakeholders, including senior leadership, district programme managers, design execution, construction, project controls group and more.
  • Oversee quality control of set processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
  • Develop and oversee programme reporting to key stakeholders and programme governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop programme improvement initiatives.
  • Set up and manage programme tools – such as decision‑making framework, action trackers, issue trackers, risk registers, programme directories etc.
  • Manage the programme operational framework, including the set‑up, preparation and facilitation of programme meetings.

Work Arrangement

Onsite / in‑office work is required. This is not a remote role.
