Job summary

Wesco in the United States is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead company-wide programs advancing environmental goals and social responsibility. You will drive GHG emissions data collection, inventory, and reporting, including Scope 3, while collaborating with Operations, Sales and Category Management to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 4 years of corporate sustainability program experience.
• 2+ years of SASB and TCFD reporting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms, Power BI and Power Automate; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ISSB and CSRD sustainability frameworks preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and build cross-functional relationships.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Guides sustainability programs across multiple functions to drive outcomes aligned with goals.
• Manages data collection for GHG inventory and ensures data quality.
• Coordinates with internal functions for ratings, rankings and external reporting.
• Supports annual sustainability reporting development.
• Develops Data Management Plans for metrics reporting.
• Leads development of green and sustainable product catalog.
• Develops and delivers sustainability training programs for different audiences.
• Researches climate, water and biodiversity investments and advises leadership.
• Leads the establishment of an organizational employee sustainability group.
• Creates reports, dashboards and scorecards to track progress toward goals.
