Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a growth-minded partnership leader in Bentonville to build and scale demand through associations and external drivers focused on Sustainability. You will own the lifecycle from strategy to measurement, coordinating with Government Affairs, Associations/Alliances, Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure impact and compliance.

You will translate sustainability frameworks into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, position our solutions within the broader ecosystem,

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in partnerships, business development, channel/alliances, or B2B demand generation (association experience preferred).
• Proven ability to activate sustainability/ESG-aligned partnerships that generate demand.
• Strong background in sustainability programs, regulations, and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the external demand strategy with partners, associations, and industry bodies.
• Source, negotiate, and close partnership deals; secure placements and co-marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate across Government Affairs, Associations/Alliances, Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure compliance and alignment.
