Where You'll Make a Difference

Lead the development and execution of Food Ingredients' sustainability governance, reporting, and compliance programs as a standalone company. Develop and manage a responsible sourcing roadmap that aligns with business strategy, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and procurement priorities. Partner with Procurement to advance supplier transparency, traceability, due diligence, certifications, and environmental and social sustainability initiatives across priority raw materials and suppliers. Monitor and assess emerging sustainability regulations and reporting requirements, including the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), and other evolving frameworks. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Communications, and Sustainability teams to address sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives. Support the development of sustainability dashboards, leadership updates, and key performance indicators that connect performance outcomes with business decisions and corrective actions. Partner with Corporate Affairs and Legal teams to support coordinated responses to environmental and social reputation risks involving customers, media, journalists, non-governmental organizations, activists, and other external stakeholders.

What Makes You the Right Fit
