Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a senior energy and sustainability leader to drive the energy efficiency and Scope 2 emissions roadmap for Fab4 TD/HVM and Fab20 in the United States. You will partner across Facilities, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, EHS and more to push projects and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years leading energy efficiency, sustainability, or related programs.
• Experience managing multi-functional projects and influencing collaborators.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement energy efficiency and Scope 2 emissions roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize energy-saving and emissions reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Facilities, Process Eng., Manufacturing, Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, EHS, and others.
• Apply data analytics and AI tools to improve energy visibility and forecasting.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of renewable energy and incentives.
• Establish tracking, validation, and reporting of energy savings and benefits.
• Support case development, funding approvals, and governance reviews.
• Monitor technologies and regulatory developments for continuous improvement.
