Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking a sustainability-focused intern to contribute to our team and gain hands-on experience across our responsible sourcing and emissions reporting initiatives.

You will work 40 hours per week onsite from June 14 to August 20, participate in mentoring and networking, and support projects that impact business decisions and sustainability programs.

Qualifications

• 3.0+ GPA required.
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university with graduation between May 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing Sustainability, Environmental Science/Sociology, Supply Chain or related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to assist with project management.
• Proactive, analytical and able to learn quickly.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours per week onsite June 14 – August 20.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Nintendo’s Sustainability team to develop practical compliance tools, presentations, and recommendations.
• Support responsible sourcing, labor standards compliance, and supply chain transparency.
• Collaborate with teams to advance internal sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with Scope 3 emissions reporting and metrics tracking and analysis.
• Conduct sustainability regulatory research and summarize potential impacts and compliance planning.
