Eliassen Group seeks an Insights Analyst to support sustainability and impact reporting from a remote, part-time capacity. You will write SQL queries, govern dashboards, and craft executive-ready reports that translate data into clear narratives for leadership.

The role emphasizes governance, KPI documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision making and data-driven storytelling across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Background in data governance, data quality controls, and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to present insights through storytelling and executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance, representing CSR during data refresh activities with business data owners.
• Track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain KPI documentation, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling through summaries highlighting insights, trends and business impacts.
• Assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting.
• Facilitate dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings, owning process documentation and governance activities.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports and provide user support for ad hoc reporting.
