Job summary

Badger Daylighting Corp is seeking a Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) Program Manager to advance the SHS program and drive performance improvements. The role supports operations leadership through coaching and consulting to ensure alignment with strategic targets set by management.

Travel will be 60–70%. Education should include an undergraduate degree; CSP preferred. This position requires industry safety knowledge across several sectors including vacuum/fleet and underground construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local safety/environmental regs.
• 5+ years' experience in Vacuum/Fleet, underground construction/utilities, oil & gas or waste.
• Ability to develop and execute a 1-year business plan; coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a 1-year business plan aligned with strategy.
• Ensures consistent application of the safety program across the organization.
• Maintains a strong safety culture throughout Badger.
• Adheres to and communicates regulatory changes to personnel.
• Conducts priority area visits for coaching, mentoring and trust.
